Job Title: Senior Executive – 4PL Department
 
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive to join our 4PL department. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong background in 4PL operations. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 4PL department, ensuring that all logistics activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of 4PL operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure that departmental goals are met
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Maintain & support daily order management planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a 4PL role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
