Job Responsibility:

• Daily Dispatch report and invoices to respective customer and sales team.
• Ensure Zero audit observation and error free documentation.
• Perform task assigned by seniors on day-to-day operational activities.
• Commercial Audit-Internal and External-No major and repeated query more than 3 months.
• Weekly updating SAP Planning tools for INA1 and INA4 (e.g. CM07, MD74, MD61).
• To Prepare and provide document to customer like packing list & Debit/credit advice.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for COA and other technical document to be provided to customers.
• Provide WIP & Yield report to customer on monthly basis.
• Prepare of Dispatch Document/ Invoices (Domestic, Export, LL, P2P. & Govt Supply).
• Weekly monitoring of Plant loading, capacity utilization, production monitoring and MIS preparation
• RM, PM follow-ups from procurement department for shortages.
• Ensure smooth production manufacturing on weekly basis.
• Participation in weekly meeting with sales, production,packing, store and drive MPS calls.

Qualification and Experience:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 6-8 Year of Experience
