Senior Executive- Unit Supply Chain

• Supervise and guide and motivate the team to achieve the set target as per the requirement.
• Ensure all stores marketing and merchandising activity are executed on time and appropriately
• Coordination with all the stake holders like sales department, production department, vendors, quality department and security section.
• Ensure that there is account on the cash transaction and ensure that stores department is keeping a data pertaining the payment / cash transactions
• To create purchase order and to ensure material is supplied much before production i.e. right quantity at right time.
• To ensure approved goods by quality department is moved to designated places.
• To ensure requirement of internal and external audit finds are met.
• Procurement of RM and PM.

• Technical Skills :- Conceptual thinking Analytical Capabilities , SAP, ERP & relevant commercial applications
• GOOD KNOLAGE OF MANEX
• Adhere to the controls implementation, PV SOPS and GAR controls.
