Sr. Manager- Supply Chain

Your role:

Manages the Customer Fulfilment Center (CFC) that is essentially the Order Desk for the Imaging systems, Ultrasound and MONITORING and ANALYTICS (MA) & THERAPEUTIC CARE (TC)
Owns the various ICS (Internal Controls) processes & represents SCM for internal/external audits.
Manages the relationship with the CFC Netherlands for effective & on time execution of KM ISC indent orders.
Identifies opportunities for performance improvement, within own group and advises on other related areas
Drives quality standards, targets and methods to control process quality.
Monitors and controls processes and identify the root cause of issues/waste.
Drives a quality mindset throughout Operations.
Monitor team and individual performance, offers and encourages opportunities for development
Drives HS&E procedures and standards in compliancy with regulations.
Monitors employees’ health and safety at work and ensures working methods, equipment, premises and environment are safe.
Defines and oversees the implementation of new systems and processes (including Lean) and implements new supply chain concepts
Identifies improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value adding solutions with the customer in mind
Dimensions Relating to Know-How: Technical Know-How, Management Breadth, Human Relation Skills

Possesses strong working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including the underlying theories and concepts
Has a solid understanding of Customer needs
Has a very strong understanding of products and services within the functional area, as well as the operational supply chain processes and the business line strategies.
Strong understanding of E2E production cycles
Deep knowledge of Lean, value stream and process management to drive improvements and to solve complex problems in a supply chain environment.
Respects and value diversity of workforce
Effectively manages the stakeholder ecosystem by applying influencing and negotiation skills to persuade others, cultivate ‘win-win’ value, and positively position our brand.
Ability to influence others within own organization
Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or solve technical problems.
Challenges self and others to develop reciprocal and mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for collaboration and leveraging of the partnership.

Identifies, understands, and manages risk as input for decision making
Applies hands on experience of Lean, Six Sigma and rapid problem solving techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency in execution of standard processes.
Disciplined application of root cause analysis to make data driven decisions that have a clear and evaluated impact on business outcomes.
Responds effectively to unpredictable or unexpected events
Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
Chooses optimal Supply Chain solutions based upon the evaluation of a variety of factors, including general knowledge of organizational objectives and goals.

Strong attention to product and process quality
Mid-term impact strategy
Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing.
This position has subordinate supervisors.

You’re the right fit if:

Any Engineering Graduate plus a Master’s degree preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
8-10 years overall experience including a minimum of 5 years relevant SCM/Logistics/Order management experience
Experience with ERP and planning systems
Experienced with Lean methodology and methods
Preferably in a Healthcare business
Preferably certified as Lean practitioner
