Has overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of a small customer portfolio.

As part of the One Team Sales setup, one of the key deliverables is the growth of existing customers along-with Sales support task and commercial activities

• Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business

in line with the business objectives.

• Provide support for Sales administration , and transactional support for sales activities
• Provide support for the team in terms of Video Call/ Messages and internal cases received from customers, and internal stakeholders like Customer success partners, Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Ops team, Disputes and CX teams .
• Engage frontline sales and other stakeholders effec tively for maximum collaboration and quick solution to raised issues
• Analyse feedback from customers from various channels, to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions effectively
• Maintaining details in systems related to sales activitie s and ensuring accurate translation of information in company records.
• Expertise in Freight Forwarding is mandatory along with Sales support.
• Excellent communication skills.
