Primary Responsibilities:

• New product development SW development 

  o Understand the SW requirements and development requirements for clusters

  (SW and Graphics), battery management systems, ABS, ECU etc.

  o Development and review of SW Flashing tools and requirements (for EOL and

  other equivalent set ups)

  o Monitoring and review of Software maturity as per V Model or other equivalent

  framework – for verification and validation

  o Mapping and assessment of HW requirements (related to Micro controllers, semi[1]conductors) and their impact of the SW.

  o For Supply Chain Digitilisation projects – Lead the planning, execution, and

  delivery of software projects along with D & AI team.

  o Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and

  requirements, ensuring alignment with the Supplier partners.

  o Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource requirements

  estimations at Supplier end, task assignments and risk management

  o Commercial evaluation of the technical work content and negotiation with the

  supplier based on the development scope.

  o Manage project communication and stakeholder engagement, providing regular

  updates, resolving issues, and addressing feedback

  o Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons

  learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  o Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

  related to software project management and procurement processes.
