What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Sourcing Management

• Senior Stakeholder Management

• Sourcing Value Chain Execution

• Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing of services within the Indirect Services Category in the market of India. He or she will help in running sourcing projects independently within following sub-categories –

o Capital Equipment Services

o Construction Services

o Facility Services

o IT Infrastructure and Services

o Business Services (which includes HR Services, Consulting and Other Professional Services)

o Marketing Services and

• Sourcing Specialist will wield independent charge for management of internal as well as external stakeholder relations. Internal stakeholders will encompass Business Leadership, Regional Category Leadership, Cross-Functional Leadership and Global Sourcing Leadership, while external stakeholders will include vendors, consultants, partners and contractors. He or she will work closely with country and regional category managers in successfully executing the category strategy and creating business value via procurement process.

• Sourcing Specialist will execute the end-to-end value chain of sourcing process independently, which includes following steps:

Strict adherence to Kenvue Sourcing Policy and Approval matrix

What We Are Looking For

• Academic Qualification

Appropriate university/bachelor’s degree qualification is essential. A recognized certification in procurement or supply chain management or any procurement platforms or spend analytical tools would be considered as an added asset

• Communication Capability

Mandatory High Level Language Proficiency (READ, WRITE & SPEAK) in English and Hindi. Any other recognized certification in any other foreign language would add weightage to the candidature

• Additionally, preferrable to have low/medium level language proficiency in Korean (added advantage)

• Experience: 3+ years’ professional experience in the same functional domain or other related positions, preferably knowledge of category at hand and working in an international environment; good experience with supplier selection, negotiation and contracting area is necessary.

• Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess and communicate risk.

• Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.

• Leadership & collaboration skills.
