Strategic Sourcing Manager
Our Exciting Opportunity:
- We are now looking for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position by maximizing supplier value, proactively managing business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer.
- The SSM is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase and licensing of all products and services: 1) to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an Ericsson product or service and 2) for internal use within Ericsson.
- The SSM and/or the Supplier Relationship Manager are responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers.
You will:
- Lead, prepare & execute the RFx process
- Evaluate and select suppliers
- Conduct supplier negotiation
- Ensure supplier agreement implementation
- Contribute to the long term business
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Education: Bachelor degree/ Masters or MBA in Supply Chain/ Procurement will be preferred in mobility (Car rentals/ Shuttle etc)
- Fleet Sourcing is required
- Relevant 5 years in-depth strategic sourcing, procurement experience and practices (e.g category sourcing, spend analytics and benchmarking, should-cost models, RFx, auction, negotiation and contracting), preferably in an indirect sourcing function at a multinational corporation environment.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing with demonstrated abilities on project and change management.
- Inter-personal skills and analytical abilities.
- Collaborative and influencing style when working with team.
- Effective communication and engagement with partners and suppliers.
- Result-oriented with shown ability to deliver results with fast star-up.
- Full professional proficiency in English. Ability to speak a second language will be a plus.
- Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge.
