Supply Chain analyst has a crucial role in growth and development of Global Supply Chain organization in terms of providing all necessary data about driving operational exceptional against high level of cost efficiency.
One of the focus areas are monitoring KPI’s and working closely to international teams in order to improve performance. Analyst role is very important which include working on different data basis in order to provide measuring and following up on trends in logistic related costs vs financial based targets (P&L).
As a Subject Matter expert on Oracle/LOM he/she will be responsible for translating the business requirements from the Services Supply Chain operation to the IT department and drive the change management of new processes. He/she will be the bridge between the operational teams and the Oracle implementation team when countries are moving over to a new operating system.
Main tasks:
- Supporting region & country leads in driving the necessary focus to keep the required cost control on items like parts usage/detail parts/freight spend etc.
- Updates to management trough presentations on KPI related.
- Update financial & operational weekly performance and cost trends as parts usage, freight spend etc.
- Support the Buss ops leader in managing the global program performance list and keep related tracking up to date.
- Project management for main savings drivers and support cross-functional actions involving teams in and outside of the logistics organization
- Provide business guidance to countries in preparation of new Oracle deployments, during go live and post implementation and support the resolution of any issues identified
- Coordinate and prioritize IT support to resolve IT related business issues for our core operating systems Oracle, CSMS and CIMS and application like Tableau & Power BI.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of project management and/or data analyst experience preferably in enterprise customer service environments. Additionally, experience in supply chain activity is strongly required.
The successful candidate will understand how to use information, operational data and financial results to drive highly organized project management, status updates and Program overview focusing on high end service against best in class cost efficiency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in engineering or economics
- Logistics Experience
- Data analysis experience
- Project management Experience
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English
