Job description

• Estimations : Experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, planning, scheduling, estimating and other areas of project controls in a manufacturing environment.
• Price Monitoring: Monitor estimated versus actual costs – taking corrective actions if necessary. Assist in preparing cost data for the proposal. Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards,

• Cost Optimization : Work with suppliers on ways to reduce BOM costs to improve overall profitability & cash flow of the business. Analyze pricing and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.Develop an understanding of the strategic direction set by the organization and develop methodologies to monitor the same.

• Manufacturing Management : Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and working processes. Understanding of manufacturing constraints and pass on specific boundary conditions to help with efficient product development

• Effective Communication with stakeholders. Managing information regarding project status, highlighting issues and potential risks.

• Compliance – Ensure compliance across all stakeholders with regard to processes & regulatory policies
