Team Leader – Fulfillment Operations

“Role & Responsibilities -Monitor the performance of 3PL on inbound, outbound & returns departments to maximize operational excellence, inventory accuracy, quality, efficiency and productivity of ops activities. – Support 3PL in resolving operational issues & ensure close alignment with the logistics team. – Monitoring and planning with 3PL management team to recruit, develop and retain workforce for Inbound and outbound according to capability needs and forecasted capacity requirements. – Set the strategies and oversee execution to optimize Warehousing cost, efficiency productivity by Identifying continuous improvement and operational excellence projects. – Responsible for analyzing and presenting warehousing Cost Service performance trends. – Focuses on design and development of new outbound processes to manage the growing volumes. – Improve productivity in FC through development of robust and effective operational best practices. – Ensure that all the requirements of regulatory licenses and labor law are followed. – Owning key metrics and driving the team with a structured approach to achieve the same. – Ensure a safe working environment at the warehouse. ”
