Purpose of role:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inward, scrap, and SAP processes for Clariant India and CISC’s third-party warehouse in Medchal. Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines for product dispatches as a competent person.

Responsibilities

  • Manage shipments, scheduling, and logistics
  • Oversee labeling for exports, products, and samples
  • Coordinate material transfers and monitor turnaround times
  • Act as backup for Warehouse Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Apply FDA (Food and Drug Administration) guidelines.
  • Handle domestic shipments and documentation.
  • Adhere to Good Laboratory practices.
  • Maintain quality system standards.
  • Execute and monitor CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for Quality and EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) improvements.
  • Review and submit transportation invoices.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • 3-4 years of experience in Warehouse operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel & SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module
  • Experience in managing export & local dispatches.
  • Experience in monitoring the material transfers between site and external warehouses.
