WAREHOUSE – ASSISTANT – JOB DESCRIPTION

• 1. Inward Raw material checking.
• 2. Segregation of raw materials, FG, Packing materials & Scrap Materials.
• 3. Issue raw materials for production within given timelines.
• 4. After postproduction – FG should be checked – Weight, Label, Batch number, Manufacturing date, Expiry date.
• 5. Invoice Checking – Raw materials, Packing materials (Address, Quantity, Capacity, Dimentions of received materials)
• 6. DM water – Checking of meter reading, Daily utilization to be updated.
• 7. R&D samples issue – Updating on daily basis.
• 8. Dispatch of FG – Checking of Quantity, Weight and Labels and product name.
• 9. Coordinate with production and planning team Ensure to work along with Quality and safety to achieve desired target of organization.
• 10. Dispatch Planning for Loading and Preparation of Invoice, job work DC and coordinate Loading supervisor
• 11. Job work RM, Direct supply RM GRN taken and get QC approval and Job creation and completed Batch sheet stock taken.
• 12. Ensure proper handling of CL & Housekeeping and Educating Safety measures to CL
• 13. Maintain job work inward outward file, Sales and purchase file.
• 14. Inward stock updating and BMR posting in oracle
• 15. Coordinating with the team updating monthly stock – Physical Stock against Oracle stock.
• 16. Ensuring movement of RM & FG to warehouse on Daily basis.
